Mount
Cain
If you like powder skiing, on groomed or treed runs this 450 vertical
meter drop is the second highest peak on Vancouver Island. Cross-country
skiing,
telemarking are big as alpine skiers and boarders enjoy 2 lifts and
18 runs at Mount Cain's snowboarding and skiing paradise. Our warm climate
allows for many short-sleeved sunny ski and boarding glory days. Never
more than 200 people on this mountain make this a whisper winter secret
only a short and sweet 35 mins. ride from See View bed and breakfast
south on highway 19. Alpine hicking in the summer is hot. Bus rides
